With offices headquartered in San Francisco California, Rondelli Deli is the latest food venture of acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and entrepreneur Alain Rondelli.

Having worked under the tutelage of some of the greatest French chef-luminaries, Alain dedicated his first two decades in the industry to absorb, cherish, and nurture the culinary craft, and very early-on he was taught to solemnly guard and protect the artistry as if it was the mighty grail. In this high-end culinary world, food is an artistic form of expression, it is what you can do to food rather than what you can do with food.

The nineties were a pivotal point to Alain's career. It was then that he opened his eponymous San Francisco restaurant, receiving national praise and quickly became celebrated as one of the nation’s best chefs and restaurateurs, and recognized as a bona fide, inspiring industry trendsetter.

A little over ten years later, Alain loves for food and the industry remains, however his focus has drastically shifted. Today, it's more about what he can do with food, not necessarily to food. Today, it's more about the true purpose of cooking and food. Today it's all about putting customers first, giving them center-stage, and each day and every day celebrating them with food. Alain's commitment is that he will grow the Rondelli Deli fleet as broadly as possible, without losing the focus, and the dedication to top quality and hospitality, the community, and a funky sense of humor.
