Knowing that the restaurant industry is top electricity consumer among all retail businesses as well as a significant producer of yearly waste (Rondelli Deli, being headquartered in California, the hub of our nation green movement) is intent to do our part in minimizing waste and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. From construction to day-to-day operations, we are committed to adopting the guidelines of top green bodies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as well as to side with and support projects that relate directly to organics and environmentally-friendly production methods, animal welfare, sustainable seafood, and healthy nutrition.
